this tumblelog, “misc. mlle. / mademoiselle miscellany” has a few purposes as a potpourri depository of bookish mademoiselle-ry. (burlesquery, poetry, shenanery, debauchery, and of course autoreferential social network wenching blogging!) niblets of tumbles, tidbits of titillating imagery. recaps of shows theatrical and rock venue’d as the burlesque poetess (poetesss.tumblr), fronting *Those No-goodniks, ukulele ladying in Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys (f!yeah armyoftoys), and quite a shocking ruckus in WHY ARE THOSE GIRLS SO LOUD it’s ‘cos we’re jewish! Also includes strange niblets of verse and pictures. forgive me my frivolous diarist moments…i oft tumble whilst altered.
and now in addit’ to my beloved #locksmithery & #wordsmithery tumbles i’m going to start doing more mlle. #LITERARY miscellany- this tumblr is going to become a virtual niblet zine of the things i devote my life to. i’ll be doing more blogterviews of poets (and various artists) in the very near future! i also reblog my writings (original & creative-) and the work i do for VIDA: Women in Literary Arts.
