i took it as a sign, just learning of Zelda: The magazine of the Vintage Noveau via amelia, to post these quotes wrt to the Fitzgeralds that have been following me around. internally/lit’rally, literature-wise. i first read of this incredibly well-put moment of autobiographical awareness/depression/heart in the AJ Jacobs book quoted 2nd, & i guess i don’t want to say much else.
