Sleepover Shows: When we recorded our set with Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys a while back, we somehow got onto the topic of Halloween. Asking them if they had anything special up their sleeves, they pleasantly responded that, yes, they do a pretty raucous version of Ray Parker Jr.’s Ghostbusters theme song. Yes, please! Whoopsies, i’m (sometimes) the screencap. everyone has amazing solos! i just point to my ‘poet’ pin and recite Jabberwocky, and flashing my tuchus is alas out of the shot. but Kev has a fucking surreal clarinet solo & i shout HOORAY! at the very end of the vid. and my bandmates is all very debonair/attractive. lucky me.
